Champagne
Crabapple juice
Vodka
Fill champagne glasses 1/2 full with cracked ice. Add champagne & 4 teaspoons crabapple juice. Stir. Float 2oz vodka on top - like a breezy, boozy cloud.

those sound REALLY good.
