Kitschen Feast Balderdash

Quick! Let's play a game. Our favorite fam game of questionable definitions is Balderdash. Familiar? Define [in your own wild, witty words] the following retro cooking vocab word:

JUNKET

    I love this kind of game!

    JUNKET: A wobbly dessert product that begins with the question 'what kind of JUNK is this again?' and ends with 'thanks, but I already ET.'

    [I do have to add that I liked it a lot when I was little, though have not had it since and do not plan on it]
